ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Del Carr, REALTOR® with Wagner Realty’s El Conquistador Office in Bradenton.

I was born and raised in northern Virginia and spent over sixteen years as an Associate Professor in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at State College of Florida.

After retiring from education and healthcare, my passion for helping people didn’t fade—it just shifted directions. I became a licensed REALTOR® and now proudly serve buyers and sellers throughout Manatee, Sarasota, and the Tampa Bay region with care, integrity, and personalized service.

I’m certified by the National Association of REALTORS® as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Senior Real Estate Specialist® (helping folks 50 and older), and At Home with Diversity® professional. These designations have given me advanced tools to accurately price homes and serve clients from all walks of life. Whether you're buying or selling, I’m here to make the process smooth, informed, and enjoyable.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time outdoors—hiking, backpacking, or simply relaxing on our beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. I look forward to serving you in all of your real estate needs.
