We recommend Del Carr highly as the realtor who really cares about doing his best for you and has your best interest at heart. He knows how to correct any problems that may come up and goes out of his way to find the right people and materials to make your home ready to get the best possible price. He will lead you one step at a time so you are not overwhelmed. Another important quality is that he answers every phone call, every text and every email almost immediately. He explains every detail of a contract before you sign anything and takes the time to answer every question and makes sure you understand what you are signing. He likes to get your input and is not pushy or arrogant in getting you to do things his way. We are elderly who do not live in Florida but had to sell the home of a relative in Florida who passed away. We never had to go to Florida because Del made sure we saw everything through our cell phone cameras. He had to do a lot of work and running around to get the best deals on things that had to be fixed to get our "fixer upper" home ready. He gave advice on how to get the home cleared out at no cost and virtually staged it beautifully. One look and you wished you could live in that house. He then arranged an open house and the home was sold within four days!! Thank you Del, we will never forget you and forever be thankful that you were our realtor who really cares!

Del was great to work with ..He helped us sell our house thru three Hurricanes ,and many scheduling changes (not his fault)..He even sold our electric bikes, kayak, and picked up screening for me to repair lanai....a real professional, who goes above and beyond.

Del was a great real estate agent. He was a consummate professional. He made sure the house looked its best in the listing. He went out of his way to take care of our house while it was on the market. He helped us solve problems related to the inspection and a hurricane! He clearly answered all our questions. Communication was excellent and timely. He was calm and supportive at all times.

If you're looking for an amazing realtor, I highly recommend Del! As a first time home buyer, single mom, and trying to navigate the aftermath from Hurricane Ian I was very much at a loss when it came to the navigation of finding a home to purchase. Del held my hand through the entire process and was my biggest advocate. I never for a second doubted that he would make sure I got the best deal on a home that I couldd. He has a background in education and I will forever be thankful to him forbtaking the time to not just tell me what the process was going to be but actually taking the time to break it down to me in a way that I could understand. He took time to get to know me and my family and what our needs were. At the end of our long journey together, he ensured that we we were able to get into the perfect house just for us. We would not be in the beautiful home that I am in now if it weren't his constant guidance, knowledge, and encouragement.

Del is an amazing realtor! He genuinely cared about our concerns and needs. Del is patient, knowledgeable, honest, insightful and just a super nice person. We decided to retire to the sunshine state but we didn’t know much about the Bradenton/Sarasota area and Del helped us navigate and find our forever home. He not only explained the nuances of the local housing market but also some of the cultural and social events. Del went well beyond the duties of a realtor, he sent up regular updates via emails, text, phone/video calls because we purchased a new construction and because we lived many states away and couldn’t monitor the construction process. With Del’s help, we felt we knew exactly what went on and didn’t miss a beat. Del also found us a home inspector who helped identified a bunch of issues that the builder was able to address prior to closing. We love our home and we are so thankful that Del was on our team! We would give Del more than 5 stars if we could.

Del Carr is a savvy strategist and master negotiator who helped us prepare our house for sale and was with us every step of the way as we sorted through offers, addressed buyer concerns, and had to deal with unexpected issues as they arose. He was always willing to do more in order to successfully close the deal. Personable, insightful, and easy to communicate with, Del’s integrity and knowledge guided us through one of life’s most stressful experiences in ways that were both comforting and calming. He is a gem! And we feel lucky to have found him.

Del sets the bar extremely high for Realtors. He went above and beyond without being asked and was professional to work with. He really listened to us, and offered great suggestions. I wish I could clone him!
